Grief and Individual Counselling
I just want you to know, you’re not alone and the way you’re feeling right now is OK.
We all experience grief in very individual ways. While one person might become sad, another may get angry. One person might become more engaged with the world, another might withdraw. There may be confusing feelings. Feelings of being trapped, scared, withdrawn, sad, angry, or that you’re never going to break the pattern you’re in.
Personal and family trauma, depression, abusive childhoods, divorce, addiction: these are all forms of grief. Grief can also overcome us when we’re facing illness, financial issues, difficult relationships, work and business conflicts, Family issues and sexual or domestic violence and abuse.
In a society where there’s little space to discuss and experience these emotions, we’re here to provide a safe space, at a pace that’s right for you. While traditional therapy can help, it can often be expensive and doesn’t always get to the root of the issue. This may lead many to find themselves back in the same headspace and situations over and over again.
As a grief counsellor, I’m creating a space where people can heal through what may feel are their darkest days . I offer a spiritual bridge to help you heal and become your best self.
